BuddyPress Plug-in failed to perfom

I have my Website built mainly by BuddyPress and Youzify – My Activity Page: its sub menu that shows ‘All Memebers’, ‘My Groups’, ‘Menions’ are not functioning- the same applies on Pasting that any post is not published.
I am receiving the following in the error_log
