Default Topic in the Forum Directory

    When I create a new topic in the Forum Directory, I am given the option to choose which Group Forum I would like to post to, which is great. The issue I am having is that unless you choose a group forum you will lose the entire post when you hit submit, which is frustrating.

    So my questions is, can I set the default group to post to in the forum directory of buddypress? Or can I disable posting new topics from the Forum Directory?
