Login Menu not working

Hey, I was able to add the BP login/register menu onto my header menu, however when I try to register a new account through another device, the page just refreshes.
I’ve refreshed the caching, I’ve removed the menu and re-added it, but kind of hit a brick wall at the moment.
Can anyone help please!
