Automatic links to BP Profile page from Subsite (from subsite owner, not logged in user)

Looking for a way to automatically generate a link upon creating subsite that goes to their BP Activity page. Example: John Smith joins my multisite network and obtains a subsite—the URL is http://www.site.com/johnsmith — I would like a link to automatically show up on his subsite that links to http://www.site.com/members/johnsmith — Therefore a different user that is logged in, can visit John’s page and will have access to his Buddypress. This will help me connect the subsites to the Buddypress so they work together as a team. Preferably in a widget or menu…Any help on this is appreciated — THX!

This is where searching / reading through docs first is a good idea:

In the BP codex there’s this page which may serve what you’re after:

hhhmmm that complicates things because at the same time I have a floating menu already using the profile links, but not for the owner of the subsite, but for the logged in user..So it sounds like I have to choose one or the other—or maybe I am just misunderstanding? Thx

Looked into this further — I don’t want buddypress on all sites, I just want the links on the subsites to connect with their buddypress page. Just as buddypress does under SITES tab, the links point to the owners subsites — I just need that, but in reverse.
