Friend request

I’m having a problem with friend requests, I receive a friend request in my community but I can’t accept it. When I go to requests, this fart is not there, I am using the Youzify plugin but the problem is not with it. Even deactivating Youzify the problem continues.
Has anyone ever experienced this?
