How can I Filter and Mark Viewed Users Efficiently

    @williamsmith3t6

    I’ve been facing a major challenge while managing BuddyPress, and I’m sure many others here might have encountered the same issue. I get numerous user registrations on my site daily, and I’ve opted to manually approve each one (for membership). Some requests are easy to approve as their responses to the custom signup questions clearly show they are legitimate users. But others require follow-ups or further verification.

    THE ISSUE: I end up having to go through pages upon pages of pending users, many of whom I’ve already reviewed. The problem is that I often forget which profiles I’ve already checked, leading me to waste time going over the same entries multiple times. It’s becoming frustrating and inefficient to manage the growing list.

    WHAT I NEED: Is there any way to flag or filter signups I’ve already reviewed but haven’t approved yet? I only want to focus on the new or unchecked signups on the page: mysite.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=bp-signups. The current system is making the management of signups extremely difficult and time-consuming.

    If anyone knows a solution or workaround to mark or filter signups I’ve already viewed on this page, I’d greatly appreciate your help!

    Thanks in advance!
