Send new user ‘…would like to join…’ emails to specific admin users

Hi, I am using latest version of wordpress core (7.0.2) and buddpress (14.5.0). On the project that I am working on, there are multiple users with administrator role. When a site visitor expresses interest in becoming a member on the website, all admin users are sent a notification email.
Is it possible, via code or plugin, to customise the notification email to only go to one admin user and ignore the other admin users ?
