plugin needed: will pay money

Hej,
I was just wondering if there was anyone out there that would develop a ’causes’ plugin like on Facebook. It would also be great to have the events app connect to groups. I would also like a file upload plugin for both groups and individuals. Another app needed is something similar to the idea storm by Dell (www.ideastorm.com) for groups. Plus would it be possible to have a wiki plugin or an ‘i like’ option like on facebook?
