option to disable add friend/message per user

I’d like to request a function, which users can decide to be added as friend or not, and to be messaged or not. Or perhaps limiting messages numbers of messages they receive…

It is in the core.. in the notification’s settings page you can set notifications

Settings -> Notifications -> Friends
