I want potential users to fill in only Username, Email Address and Name while signing up.

That is, I want to remove “Profile Picture” (which doesn’t work anyway) and “Create a Blog?” from the sign-up form.

Further, I want to change ‘Name’ to ‘Screen Name’ and make it clear this is the name that will appear on the site.

In which file(s) can I do the necessary modification?
