Local Plugin Directory (for all the lang)

Hi, i’m a member of the Italian Support Team for BuddyPress and i want to create a plugins directory for the Italian plugin and for the translated plugins.

Is possible have the guideline to create a plugins directory like the plugin directory in this site?

I think this is usefull for all the users that using BP in the world and all the localization team can make a plugin directory in their language.
