I Installed Buddypress 1.01

I can’t access to my WordPress Mu login page now

When i try to get

http://www.dotcomguru.net/wp-admin its redirect the page to

http://www.dotcomguru.net/home1/shankerb/public_html/dotcomguru/wp-admin/

and says

The page you were looking for was not found.

Please help to solve this issue.
