Error editing profile, making groups etc

    When I try to edit my profile (i’m the admin) I get “That group does not exist.”, also when I try to make groups, “There was an error saving group details. Please try again.”

    When I go to the admin panel and under “Profile Field Setup” I have no groups, and get an error when trying to make one.

    What to do?
