Popular Group Forum with no topics or posts – can this be changed?

    When you go to the forum page, there are popular forums that show up that have no topics and no posts. Here is a picture of this from my forum

    Is there a way to suppress any forums that have no activity?

    Also, you can see the spacing needs fixing..can this be done as well?
