Displaying Login/Logout in External BBPress

I have WPMU/BuddyPress and BBPressrunning on a domain and have integrated them without using the built-in integration. (I did not want groups to have forums) – instead I’m using the forums as a type of classifieds module.

BBPress: http://www.vivanista.com/classifieds
In MU/BP, the Login/Logout links show up as they should. How might I get them to display in BBPress as well? They are already integrated such that a new Vivanista user creates a bbPress user. I have hidden the registration for bbPress.
I have tried adding wp-blog-header.php to my bb-config.php file but it results in the page not loading in BBPress.
