"Claim-Administrator-rights" for Groups ?

lets say I do have a BP-website with about 100 Groups and I am currently the Admin of all of those Groups.
Those Groups are actually companies, like a company-directory.
So suddenly all of those 100 companies are approaching me and they would like to take over the “Admin-rights” of their respective Group, so that they are able to manage their Group.
How is this working technically ? How do I switch-over from myself being the Admin to somebody else being the Admin. Can this be done via a Plugin or manually ?
