Get a 404 page on all member (subdomain) blog activity

Hi,
Installed WPMU with buddypress with subdomain setup. Everything works fine exept for members (not admin) trying to access their BLOG’s. A 404 page is show.n.
Example. I have setup a user ‘testje’ with a BLOG called testje. When logged in and try to go to the Blog dashboard or add a new post the 404 page is show. Example links that give a 404:
http://testje.gerbewoners.nl/wp-admin/
http://testje.gerbewoners.nl/wp-admin/post-new.php
Please advise.
