Disable Create a group

    I’m new to buddypress and have the following question that i cant seem to easily find an answer for. I want to disable the ability for members to Create a new group and require Admin approval for any new Forum topics created. I only want Admins to create new groups and topics and members to have access to reply/respond. How can this be done?
