Activity Plus Plugin – change thumbnail size?

Hoepfully posting in the right place.
I have just installed the BP Activity Plus plugin – which is awesome – but the video size is very large. How could I go about changing the video size to a smaller size for the thumb or even forcing it to be smaller when a user posts a link?
