Hi,

I’m trying to put together a buddypress site for a friend of mine, he wants to have a standard blog layout – the only difference being that the blog’s posts are written by the site’s members and not by him himself.

I’ve just run into one snag so far in my planning stages. Would someone know how can I make it so that he has to approve blog posts before they are published publicly?

Set the default role for the new users to “contributor”, in that way, any user can add the post but only the admin can publish it.
