Extending Default theme, how do I remove sections(forums, activity)

    I’m trying to extend the default theme but many of the sections like activity, forums, I will not be using. How do I disable these areas in the child theme?

    If you don’t want to use those components, go to your site’s Wp-admin -> BuddyPress -> Components, and disable the ones you don’t want.
