I’ve been trying to find out how to turn Word/Buddy press into a youtube clone or video site, and for the life of me it must be a National Secret because I have not gotten the answer. So I am asking for help again. What plugin/widget are people using to add videos to their sites? ie like for a youtube clone?

Please help. It would be greatly appreciated!
