Love my Elegant Themes The Style theme / love vertical nav like bp-nicey theme. Have both?

    I want to incorporate the vertical nav of bp-nicey which has userbar.php and optionsbar.php in place of the usual horizontal nav menu of buddypress. Any ideas?
