I am trying to update the message notification url that a user gets when they receive a private message. I would prefer the link to point directly to the new message, rather than the users message overview. Unfortunately this doesn’t seem possible without hacking the BP core code as the filter for the content doesn’t include the message_id. Is there any other possible way to do what I am trying to do, or any chance new filters could be added to this method?

Could you open an enhancement ticket on trac.buddypress.org? Ideally with a patch
