Would I be right in saying that plugin commander is no longer working with the latest versions of wordpress and so YD Network-wide Options is the sensible successor?

Isn’t this more a multisite in general question?

Also, to me, those plugins do two different things.

I’ve got the latest wordpress multisite and BP and plugin commander works great for me.
