User Stats Sidebar

    What is the plugin used on BuddyPress.org for the member stats in the sidebar? “BuddyPress Member Profile Stats” plugin does not seem to do the same thing.

    It would be nice if the BP site had a section that tells BP users how to do similar customizations. It’s very frustrating to use a demo or support site for a product that does not even tell other user how they did certain things.

    hi, could this plugin get number of total activities for specific user?

    if not, could you please take a look on this topic:
    https://buddypress.org/community/groups/how-to-and-troubleshooting/forum/topic/how-do-you-show-a-members-total-post-count/?topic_page=2&num=15

    thank you.

    only polls for activity_update types; not all – straight db query and caching the results.

    @etivite thanks for the reply, but all I see is “status, topics, posts, comments, userblogs” but not time since active, followers, updates, forum posts like the BuddyPress.org site. Do I have the wrong plugin?

    @etivite

    status is updates, topics/posts is forum posts (but bbpress1.0), time since active is part of the default template(and bp includes a template function), and followers plugin did not work on my instance but that includes a count template function.

    if you want the exact output here – you could use the functions in the plugin (+ followers and bp core time_since) and output your own mixup of counts via the action hook bp_after_sidebar_me

    Once BP 1.6 + BBP 2.1 hits – I’ll update this plugin with ordering and more counts
