Ajax Reply not showing when posting in activity item page

Ran into an issue with replies not showing when posting in activity item page. That is until you hit refresh (F5).
On the activity walls replies via Ajax seem to post and display fine. When members are replying directly in the activity item page itself using the main reply button it doesn’t show until you hit refresh so some of our members were double posting.
