@hnla Do you have time to check this against 1.6 to see if it’s our bug or yours? 
@djpaul I’ll try and check it over later today if I get a moment – have a feeling this is likely more a ‘my bug’ than BP’s as I did a somewhat hasty last minute adjustment to move settings out from old BP menu parent to ‘general settings’ seemed fine in 1.6 trunk though.
@djpaul this is a extremely vexing issue been backwards and forwards over the menu settings all I can establish is there appears an issue with ‘network true’ so have removed that altogether but still have plugin feature on both plugin screens, add_action(network_admin_menu, $function) just doesn’t appear to work regardless of changes I make i.e simplifying things right down with no if/else choices, I used if bp_core_admin_hook falling back to add_action(network_admin_menu) or (admin_menu) I get no menus even in site_admin, the only way I can get settings screen to appear is to comment out everything bar add_submenu_page and add_action(‘admin_menu’
Not sure where to take things from here other than to try and remove all mentions of netwok settings and be done with it.

Good News.
In bp 1.6 Beta 2 in online setups the maps ARE now coming in. The only thing thats missing (i now think) is access to upm settings via the dashboard. For the time being these can be accessed via http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=bp-upm-settings.
The maps were working the only issue was/is the admin setting screen and in MS only but that I can’t figure out or at least can if I simply set the plugin to work on site_admin not network admin which is perhaps what I should have done in the first place even though I rather carefully went through and set it up to work as network true – I blame MS though never did like the change over and it’s as confusing to deal with as ever .
