Buddy Press paid “members” and “groups” show up in Google Search

I have bp installed in my WP membership site, using S2 member as the platform.
When I do a google search for my site, my bp groups and members come up! I don’t want this to happen. The site is still locked down if someone clicks through, but they do get the group information and the member information page. How can I prevent my paid membership site “members” and “groups” from showing up in a google search?
