I am wondering if it is possible to have buddypress run on multiple sites but at the same time make certain sites only available to some users. For example, I want to have all of the members show up on a global site say abc.com and then have a subsite for each state say, abc.com/california and abc.com/oregon where only the members from those state will be visible. The only way that I know how to do this now is by using private groups but that does not give me all of the functionality that I need. Any thoughts?
