Can’t remove admin bar without having white space, and slider login will not load

Hi there,
I want to use the plugin ‘Slider Login Panel’, but I’m having some problems.
When I try to turn of the normal admin bar by placing `define( “BP_DISABLE_ADMIN_BAR’, true );` into wp-config.php, there is a white space above my pages.
Also, when I activate the Slider Login Panel plugin, nothing happens!
What am I doing wrong?

Same problem with disableing admin bar and there are no margins or paddings that seem to be the problem. Why is this happening?
