Do you know of a plugin that does this?

I need a plugin that uses innerHTMl, or similar to display html pages within an html page, just like what is done here:

Not a plugin. Just some custom javascript. Brush up on your jQuery!

I know how THEY did it, but I would prefer to use a ready-made plugin since I am running WordPress….that would be very convenient. That’s why I asked if anyone knows of a plugin that does this.
