Every new created Group comes double. Double Groupname, double urls. If i delete one of the double both Groups will be deleted.
I tested by disable all Plugins und use default Theme – all the same!

Please help!

Found! Not a Plugin, a Drop-In was the Problem!
db.php (W3 Total Cache)

Yup, I experienced the same problem today for blog posts and discovered the culprit was W3 Cache as well. I didn’t narrow it down to db.php though. Thanks!
