Find users by xprofile field, and delete from all blogs

I’m wondering if anyone can help me determine a way (via code or perhaps a plugin) that I can find all users who share the same xprofile field value (e.g., “Promo Code = abc123”) and then delete those users from all blogs to which they belong.
