Group admin’s cannot delete users posts!

    hello my website group admins reported me some problems about they cannot delete their members post
    they have this delete link
    once they click on delete post will be hide but when they refresh the page again they see the post is still there
    i can delete users post in groups as administrator but group creators cannot
    anyone any idea?
    what is going wrong?
