Running the newest version of buddypress, with 2.9.2 of wordpress regular. But i changed the name of a group, but they didn’t change when i go to forums, i see it change in topic list at top of forums, but not in group list. How would i fix this so it changes to fit the right way?

you may have to pull the db side and do some manual edits

Yes exactly as that, milleja46games.frih.org/forums is what i am talking about. In the list of topics the new name is displayed, but the group list shows absolutely, no change what so ever…….is there a guide on how to fix this?

Rich means that you’ll have to manually go into your MySQL database (with PHPMyAdmin or another GUI tool) and edit data directly until the bug gets fixed, which is not for the fainthearted if you haven’t done it before. Make sure you back up your db first before messing around.

might not………..guess i will have to start over good thing i haven’t done anything besides create the groups……….
