How can I change my now English BP install into Spanish?

    I have everything setup and working nicely (latest ver of BP and WP). Now I need to change the backend (admin) and the front-end (members page, blogs page, etc…) to Spanish. Can someone please show my how to do this? Is it a BP issue or a WP issue or both? Steps would be helpful…

    Hmmm did I first need to download the Spanish version of WP? I have the English version installed :S
