How-To change LOGINLINK url

Hello, I’ve a problem and I don’t know if its easy to solve it…
I want to change the [LOGINLINK] that apear in the wellcome message that
is set in Admin options.
This link right now it points to mysite.com/wp-login.php and I want to point it to
mysite.com/conectate/
Someone can help me?
