How to delete my account in users setting panel?

I notice in wp-admin ->bp-general-settings ->BuddyPress Settings -> General settings, there is a `Disable user account deletion?` and select `No`. Is that mean user can delete their account in in users setting panel? If can, how to do that? Thanks.
