Hi!
I was wondering if there is a way to disable notifications that are sent to users via e-mail, so that they just receive the “account activation e-mail” and nothing else.

I know that users can choose what notifications they want to receive through “Settings -> Notifications”, but I just want to disable e-mail notifications so that the users don’t receive anything from my website except the account activation e-mail.

Please help!! Thanks in advance….

This is something I’ve been trying to do for several days. I’m surprised that there doesn’t seem to be an option within buddypress to do this, and that nobody seems to have made a plugin that does it.

I’ve never made a wp plugin before…nevertheless I require this functionality. Ankit I’ll let you know how it goes, but in the meantime ANY responses to this thread with any advice at all would be greatly appreciated.

Same, I was looking at the radio buttons and possibly removing the checked=”checked”. I don’t think this will submit the form however.

you can use BP notification manager
