it seems the set-up of the Forums and Group-forums is somehow structured differently at buddypress.org than at testbp.org ?

How do I set-up my forums and forums-structure the same way as at buddypress.org ?
I like this set-up pretty much as it gives a better focus onto the Forums instead of focusing on the activity-stream.

How to do this ?
Is this a Plug-in or a re-write by Andy ?

You should install BBpress. Then you can make a connection between Buddypress and BBpress.

@0815 you can integrate BBpres in Buddypress. Buddypress has an build-in integration manager for BBpress.
