I am tryinjg to use BP in another theme. Nothing works!

I followed the BP directions in adding BP to my theme. I had Forums enabled in my old BP theme but now there is no “Forums” page in my theme. I assume that I have to do something to initialize BP forums for my theme but I can’t find any doc on how to do that.

Suggestions?
