i do not want to show dashboard to all my user or members ?

i had created a user from dashboard ..i had given the user a “member” privilage but still that user can veiw the dashboard ..in the upper left corner … i want “myaccount” and “notification” tabs , i dont want to display dashboard to my all members …..how to do so ?
my site is not live (localhost) ….theme bp column
