I would like to hide my members usernames and only use their first name and last name. Their names already show in my site so I’m hoping that maybe it would be simple to hide the username sitewide. How can this be accomplished? Thanks.

There already exists the ability to set and use ‘Display Names’ is that not sufficient for your requirements.

After reading that thread and assuming there is nothing new in the works, for anyone with similar needs the actual answer is you cannot do it with any currently available free plugin. IOW, you can’t get there from here.
