Ok So heres the sitch:

Multisite Network version 3.2.1
Site 1: Blog
Site 2: buddypress version 1.2.10
Site 3: Blog

the bp admin bar shows up on all 3 sites when you visit it. The bp admin bar also shows up on all the admin pannels for those sites and the network admin pannel.

I need to contain buddypress admin bar to site two. So what did i do:

I followed those steps to a T. How ever: Buddypress Admin bar was shut off to all users visiting the site but still on for all users who had access to the admin pannel for all three sites including the network admin pannel.

What changes Have I Made to the admin pannel? None other then css.
