My Database is getting rather large running Buddypress with WP with multisite setup. I wanna know if there is a way I can split up the db into two different db’s wouldn’t that be better on the site’s performance? I just started advertising the site a couple days ago and we are almost at 200 members and at this rate the site will be huge in no time….

any advice on managing a large bp site would be greatly appreciated as I have only ever dealt with large vbulletin sites
