Navigation to the Dashboard

I am trying to resolve certain problems with my Buddy Press install, namely, the fact that the only way an admin can gain access to the “Dashboard” is either by logging in through the hosting account (which I won’t grant access to as there are other sites hosted on the account) or by waiting for someone to join up and then clicking on the email link to approve/not approve the new member. That is grossly inefficient as the admins will rarely get access if someone else gets to the approval first.

So, in short, how can a “Super Admin” get to the Dashboard? Every time I, as the site owner, logs in, I just get into the site itself. I cannot find a way to get to the Dashboard without logging in through BlueHost, or clicking on the new member notification email.

I presume you’re running WP single; otherwise you’d have a direct link to your dashboard in the “My Blogs” dropdown of the adminbar.
So, simply enter the following in your browser’s address bar:
    your-site.com/wp-admin

    OK, thank you.
