Need Static post box on every page! even for non users

    PLEASE HELP! I am a wpmu/bp noobie, and i am creating a site that allows users to either post an anonymous comment in a static box that posts even if they are not users, and/or become users, i have the users part fine, users can create accounts, make posts, etc. but i cannot figure out how to add that static post bar on my homepage, and allow non users to post AND have it show up site wite. :( please help!
