Hi I would like to delete some of the default categories users have on their site (Groups, etc)

How do I do this?

if you’re on an Mu install you’l have to log in as a super admin and access their admin areas individually for each blog. Although thsi is a buddypress forum so perhaps you want to ask the question on the wordpress forums.
