Reorganize Buddypress Field Groups

Fields can only be reorganized in their group (why can’t the be moved around to other groups?)

Field Groups aren’t able to be reorganized.

These two setbacks are a bit disappointing. Are there tickets open for these issues or would someone be able to create one for the next Buddypress update? Thanks.
